For new patients, when you receive an email confirmation of your appointment, please click the "Manage My Appointment" button in the email. This will take you to a page where you can edit your information, review and sign clinic forms, and fill out the new patient intake form. It is critical that you complete this step in order to receive the best care possible. Thank you.

We accept Cigna and Optum insurance plans that provide acupuncture coverage. Cigna and Optum patients - please only schedule with Xiaojing in Oakland or Pinole.

Kaiser patients require a direct referral from their primary care physicians (we are not in-network with American Speciality Health and cannot work with Kaiser patients via ASH)
